This website provides general information, enquiry tools and authorised client services for Influx Electrical (Pty) Ltd, trading as Influx Electrical & Plumbing. Using it does not by itself create a service agreement or confirm a quotation, appointment, scope or completion date.
What we can help with
A practical scope, matched to the property.
Every site is different. We confirm the exact work after discussing the problem or assessing the property.
- 01Service work starts only after the scope, site access, pricing and applicable terms have been confirmed by the appropriate parties
- 02Where consumer law requires an estimate, any charge for preparing it must be disclosed and approved first. Work may not exceed an accepted estimate without disclosure of the additional estimated charge and authorisation to continue
- 03Problem guides are general information and are not a substitute for an on-site assessment or emergency response
- 04Do not rely on website content to perform hazardous electrical, plumbing, access-control or automation work
- 05Portal credentials must be kept private and used only by the authorised client. Activity performed with a valid account may be recorded for security, service delivery and dispute resolution
- 06Electronic communications are treated as received only when the receiving system records them successfully; urgent or safety-critical requests should also be confirmed by telephone
- 07Any statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, warranty or other consumer right continues to apply and is not excluded by these website terms
- 08Website content and Influx branding may not be copied or represented as another provider's work without permission
- 09We may update the website, availability and these terms prospectively as services and legal requirements change
- 010South African law applies, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded
